Who are you listening to?

“And he said to them, “Pay attention to what you hear: with the measure you use, it will be measured to you, and still more will be added to you.” (Mark 4:24-25 ESV)

Is what you hear from God or man?

“The ear that listens to life-giving reproof will dwell among the wise.” (Proverbs 15:31 ESV)

What is your attitude to that which you hear?

“for the ear tests words as the palate tastes food. Let us choose what is right; let us know among ourselves what is good.” (Job 34:3-4 ESV)
