It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick

Most business people do not know their businesses are unhealthy until it is too late. This applies to large and medium and small businesses. What ain’t broke don’t change, yet be pro-active not re-active. Business like humans have seasons. Healthy – no intervention needed. When things are fine but there are warning signs, intervention is needed – the business has temperature and few aches and pains – we need an injection and antibiotics. Business rescue however is when the business is in ICU and about to die – do you let the doctor put the machine off or do go for help. Major intervention is needed in Business Rescue and this usually invites a war into your life. Rather go for Transformation than Business Rescue.
